Democrat Primary – 19,204 votes cast vs. 119,885 in the March 2008 Primary.
The Democrat voters are all staying home. They are *completely* unmotivated. The Repub voters are still showing up like it’s a presidential election year.
This kind of turnout is why Scott Brown won Massachusetts.
