Please fill this out and email it to us if you are attending the convention this year. This will start giving us a head count. If you are sending a check for your registration, print and send this with it as well so we know we have you down.

As a reminder of the rates for the convention, look below. You must pay during that time to get that rate. Sending in a registration form does not guarantee you that rate.
Convention Rates:
Early Bird: $85 Now thru May 31st
Standard: $100 June 1st thru July 19th
Late/On-Site: $135 July 20th thru Day Of
